Refund Policy

At Lev Coffee Roasters, we strive to provide the freshest, highest-quality coffee to our customers. Due to the nature of our product, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

  1. Unopened Bags Only: We accept returns for unopened coffee bags only. If the coffee was requested ground, returns are not accepted.

  2. Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order to ensure freshness.

  3. Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

  4. Return Options:

    • In-Store: Customers may return products in-store. Please contact us beforehand to arrange a convenient time.

    • By Mail: If returning by mail, please inform us in advance. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  5. Exchanges:

    • We accept exchanges only for non-ground coffee beans.

    • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

    • In-store exchanges are available, or if you prefer, you may mail the product to us. The customer is responsible for both the return and new shipment costs.
